Melanotan II (MT2) is a synthetic, non-selective analog of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (\(\alpha \)-MSH). Often referred to in pop culture as the "Barbie drug", it interacts directly with melanocortin receptors in the body to alter skin pigmentation, suppress appetite, and stimulate sexual arousal.
