Solar Shift was born out of my own lived experience. For years, I lived a life of self-neglect in a fast-paced world. I was working long hours, parenting, and trying to navigate the daily complexities of ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, and perimenopause. My physical health and overall well-being took a back seat to the constant noise of a demanding life.

I created Solar Shift because I needed a change. I needed tools to help me tame the chaos, manage my health, and reclaim my focus. Now, my mission is to share those high-quality, life-changing products with you so you can restore balance to your own daily ritual.

Solar Shift was born out of frustration and built on empathy. Like many of you, I spent years navigating my own exhausting health battles—searching for answers that actually worked. I got tired of the guesswork, the empty promises, and the endless trial and error.
